Audio
Microphone Device picks your default input. Junior notes that "System audio source is captured automatically". There is nothing to choose, because it takes everything.
Recording

Storage
Recordings Folder shows where local recordings are kept, with Open Folder. See where recordings live on your computer.
App Behavior
Start on Login launches Junior when you sign in to your computer. Minimize to Tray keeps it running in the background instead of quitting when you close the window. Worth turning on if you rely on meeting detection.

Questions
Why can I not open Settings while recording?
Because most of what is in there affects a recording in progress, and changing it mid-call would produce results nobody could explain afterwards. Finish the recording first.
Should I turn Notifications off?
Only if the prompts get in the way. They are the main thing that stops you forgetting to record, and turning them off disables both the calendar reminders and Junior noticing meetings on its own, since it is one switch for both.
I have no Reminder Lead Time or Reminder Linger.
Those only appear when the calendar is turned on for your firm. Without it there is nothing to remind you about ahead of time.
