Junior on your laptop records both halves of a conversation: your microphone and everything coming out of your speakers. That is what makes it the right tool for Zoom, Teams and Meet. For a conversation happening in the room, your phone is easier: see record your first call on your phone.

Record

  1. Join your call as normal.
  2. Press Record in Junior's sidebar. Recording starts immediately.
  3. Tell everyone you are recording.
  4. Check the Project and set the call type to Meeting or Interview. The type changes what Junior produces afterwards, so set it now. See meetings and interviews.

While it runs you can watch the transcript arrive, type notes, and ask Junior questions about what has been said so far.

The floating pill that appears while you record is deliberately invisible to screen shares and screen recordings. If you are presenting, nobody on the call sees it.

Finish

Press Finish on the pill. A dock at the bottom of the window shows the call being saved, uploaded and processed, stage by stage. When it reaches the end, the call opens with its summary, takeaways and transcript.
