Junior's Saved Calls screen is both the import point and the queue for anything waiting to go up.
- Open Saved Calls with
⌘3. - Press Import Audio, or
⌘O, or drag the file onto the window. - Fill in the Call Details dialog. Only Name is required.
- Press Save Call.
The dialog also takes the Project, the Call Date & Time (worth setting to when the call happened rather than today) and, under More details, the Job Title, Organization and Country.

The dropzone mentions MP3, WAV, M4A and MP4, but Junior accepts more formats than it advertises there, so try it even if your file is something unusual.
You find out about the size limits by being refused, not in advance. For a long video, extracting the audio first is much faster to upload and produces the same transcript.
Questions
Does an imported file get the same processing?
Yes: transcribed, cleaned, summarised, takeaways generated, exactly like a call Junior recorded. The only difference is that the audio stages are skipped for a file that is already a transcript.
It says that file type cannot be uploaded for my organization.
Your firm has restricted what can be brought in. Some allow audio and documents, some only documents. It is a policy at your firm rather than a fault, and whoever owns Junior there can explain the rule.
A row says Review & Save.
The file is ready but its details are not filled in yet. Press it, complete the dialog, and it goes up. Nothing uploads until it has a name.
Why does everything say save rather than upload?
Because from your side the meaningful action is saving the call to Junior; the upload is how that happens. The wording is deliberate, and the two mean the same thing here.
It says network issue, retrying.
Junior lost the connection and is retrying by itself. Leave it. If it settles into a failure, pause and resume the row, or press retry. See a recording will not save.
