Everything waiting to reach Junior is in Saved Calls (⌘3). Each row carries its own status.

Work through it

  1. Get a stable connection, then resume or retry the row.
  2. Fill in the details if it says Ready to save. Nothing uploads without a name.
  3. Check the size if it was an imported file. Audio caps at 1 GB, video at 5 GB, documents at 100 MB, and nothing under a minute is accepted.
  4. Leave Junior running. Closing it mid-upload stops the upload.
  5. Sign in again if you see Reconnect to keep syncing. Junior could not refresh your session, and says recordings keep saving locally but uploads need you back.

If a call never appears in Junior at all, the local copy may still be on your machine for seven days. See where recordings live on your computer before concluding it is lost.

Questions

Why does everything say save rather than upload?

Deliberate wording. From your side the action is saving a call to Junior, and the upload is how that happens. The two mean the same thing here.

It says my session expired.

Your sign-in needs renewing. Sign in again and the queue picks up where it left off. Nothing in the queue is lost by signing out and back in.

The percentage has not moved in ten minutes.

Pause the row and resume it. That restarts the transfer without touching the audio. If it stalls at the same point repeatedly, the file may be damaged. Try playing it from the recordings folder to check.

Can I tidy up the finished rows?

Clear completed at the top removes everything that succeeded. It only touches completed rows, so it cannot lose anything still waiting.

My file was rejected because of its type.

Either it is genuinely unsupported, or your firm has restricted what can be brought in. Some firms allow only documents. Junior distinguishes the two in its message. See importing an audio or video file.
