Work through these in order

  1. Check the email address. It must be your work address, the one your firm uses for Junior. A personal address will not be recognised.
  2. Check your connection. Junior has to ask your firm which sign-in methods apply before it can show you a button.
  3. Try again once. Sign-ins that hand off to a browser sometimes fail to hand back the first time and work on the second attempt.
  4. Ask a colleague at your firm whether it works for them. If it fails for everyone, it is a firm-level configuration problem and support needs to know.

The messages, and what they mean

MessageWhat it means
"Unable to load login options. Please try again."Junior could not ask your firm what to offer. The one message covers all four causes: a typo, no connection, a firm not set up, or our service being down
"Please enter your email address"The field is empty
"Failed to sign in. Please try again."The sign-in itself failed after it started
Back at Log In with nothing saidThe browser sign-in completed but the answer did not reach the app

Questions

I signed in successfully, then landed back on the login screen with no error.

The sign-in worked but the result did not make it back into the app, and Junior does not currently tell you that clearly. Try again first. If your firm manages your phone, this can also mean sign-in is being routed through a browser your firm requires, and the return trip is being blocked. That needs your IT team, not another attempt.

Sign in with SSO fails straight away.

Two common causes. Either your firm's SSO is not fully configured on our side, which support can check, or your firm requires a specific browser for sign-in and it is not installed on your phone. The second is worth ruling out with your IT team.

I can sign in on my laptop but not on my phone.

They are separate apps with separate sign-ins, and firms sometimes allow different methods on each. It also rules a lot out. Your account and your firm's setup are fine, so the problem is the phone specifically. Mention that when you contact support; it narrows it down considerably.

How do I contact support?

Open the settings drawer and tap Contact Support, which gives you our address and offers to open your mail app. If you cannot get far enough into the app to reach it, email support@myjunior.ai directly. Include your work email, your firm, and which button failed.
