CRM integrations and mapping

CRM mapping is configured in Integrations. This area brings schema validation and a mapping canvas together so you can manage your CRM mapping configuration.

Open Integrations and look for the CRM mapping administration area. Use the schema validation there to check the mapping schema, then use the mapping canvas to configure the mapping.

To check: the Integrations screen name and navigation path, the CRM mapping area and control labels, and how schema validation and the mapping canvas behave in the running app.
